Dr. Young's specialty is pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care. The main focus of her practice is helping infants with breastfeeding difficulties as she is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She works closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and collaborative care. As part of a family's health care team, Dr. Young helps resolve musculoskeletal issues leading to breastfeeding difficulties including neck tension, TMJ dysfunction, tongue-tie, torticollis, and painful latch. She also provides pre and post-frenotomy care to resolve musculoskeletal issues contributing to tongue and lip ties. Pregnant and postpartum patients rely on Dr. Young for her comprehensive diagnostic and treatment approaches, including gentle modified adjustments, therapeutic exercise, nutrition, Webster and craniosacral techniques.
